Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the Windermere Hotel, with its great location near Victoria Station making it easy to explore London. The room I upgraded to was comfortable and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed during my visit, which also meant no bar service. Overall, a solid choice for sightseeing, though some amenities were not available.
My stay at The Windermere Hotel had its ups and downs. The positive aspects were the excellent staff, who were warm and welcoming, and the hotel's great location near Victoria Station. However, I was disappointed with the noise levels from creaky floors and the discomfort of the bed, which affected my sleep. Overall, I would rate it as a decent value, but improvements are needed for a true four-star experience.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the Windermere Hotel. The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did encounter some noise issues from the room above me that made restful sleep difficult. On the positive side, the breakfast was fantastic, though I found the location a bit further from public transportation than expected.
I had a good stay at this quirky little hotel with excellent staff who truly make the experience special. The breakfast was a highlight, freshly cooked and delicious. However, there were some downsides, like the cleaning product smell in my room and the lack of a fridge, which would have added more convenience.
I had a wonderful stay at The Windermere Hotel, celebrating our anniversary. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Victoria Station, making it easy to explore London. While the room was on the small side, it was clean and comfortable. A minor maintenance issue wasn't resolved during my visit, but the attentive staff made up for it, especially Gláucia, whose warm personality truly enhanced our mornings. Overall, I would happily return.
